Pacific Construction Services Inc. is a locally-owned construction company specializing in all phases of construction.  As a lifetime resident of Bakersfield, company president Rick Martinez brings 25 years of experience to the company.  His initial exposure to the business was with his father's construction company in the 1980's.  Rick later worked for prestigious well-known local and national builders, delivering model home complexes and hundreds of beautifully built homes in the Central Valley.  In 2008, Rick decided it was time to get back to basics and return to where he started: Residential remodels and serving the community on a local level.  Thus far, the decision to start the business has been a success.    

During his many years in the construction industry, Rick has developed an excellent reputation and is well-known for his strong work ethic and quality of work.  That well-earned reputation is continuing on at Pacific Construction Services Inc.  Fequent comments by PCS client's is that their home now looks like a Model.
